Part time Admin position

United Way seeks strong candidate(s) for vacancies for a full or part-time Manager of Finance position and a part time Admin position.

The Manager of Finance will perform a variety of accounting functions utilizing QuickBooks, managing monthly expenditures, and providing monthly updated financial information to our Board of Directors. Administrative duties include data entry, report generation, and general office support to three staff.

Seeking reliable and professional candidates who work well in a team environment and possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Preference would be to employ a finance candidate with QuickBooks experience who is highly skilled in excel. Minimum qualifications for that position include an associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
